The main reason being,
Time Trapper and IM pretty much stalemated for quite a while -- It was only near the end of their battle that IM gained the slight upper hand.

Extant on the other hand, treated Time Trapper like a weakling.

Though Extant still controls the same forces Parallax used there -- it was infact not him in those scans..

I'd still put 'normal' Extant above TT and IM though, [based on feats].

But...Zero Hour Parallax treated normal Extant like a weakling, and TT said Parallax needed his (TT) powers. Then, Parallax said that since he had killed the Time Trapper, there was no one powerful enough left to stop him. 😖hifty:

The Spectre wins, but it is a close fight.
Both combatants' power levels constantly fluctuate.

IMHO, without PIS/CIS involved, The Spectre is virtually the most powerful superhero in DCU.

Power Cosmic will mess him up pretty badly, though.

Spectre was toying with him. Shazam knew he had no chance of winning, but he had no choice but to fight back.

Power Cosmic will indeed do massive damage to Spectre, but it won't have any lasting effects.
No amount of damage ever lasts against The Spectre.

I guess you didn't read dov. Spectre even admitted amped Marvel was about to destroy him. He was so beat up he needed Eclipso to fly him out of there.

That's why I stated, WITHOUT PIS/CIS INVOLVED.

For the sake of the plot, someone had to stop The Spectre's rampage.
It's what all comic storylines revolve around.

And it didn't make much sense, considering the fact that DoV Spectre's magic was > Nabu's.. Nabu, whose magic is above ALMOST every other magic user in DC.
