It probably gets you pissed quicker than your cup of tea, though... 😛

Haha, very much so. But i'm not really into rum based spirits of liquor's. I like rum though...I'm more of a fan of whiskey. And I'm quite fond of Jägermeister.

Tbh, I'm not really sure where I was trying to get with that lol

I do.

Yup. Pissed, by the sound of it. 😄

Lol, great. Now i sound like an alchy

Its alright, England's performance on the pitch on Friday was enough to drive anyone to drink.

Even the Dutchis. WTF is wrong with England???

Yeah, that is a legit question...WTF is up with England?!?! Two draws? and neither games were really worth watching...I'm dreading how well we do against Slovenia...

We have our top men looking into it as we speak.

Nearest I can work out, is that Capello is working for his national team to destroy us from the inside.

Haha, interesting conspiracy theory...I think you may be onto something

Alert Deano to it's prescence...... 😛

I heard Capello has a new first name in the UK: FabiGo!

Ha. He will have after a few more games like that...

I heard he was going to quit if England don't do exceptionally well in this next game.

What I find funny is that fact the FIFA had approved and issued these new aerodynamic balls around the world several months ago in time for the world cup. Because the England football team is sponsored by Nike, and the balls are made by Adidas, the England team hadn't touched them until 1week before their first game...

Thats not gonna have been a welcome change so late.

Nope...I was astonished when I heard. Surely for the sake of getting to know a new ball you'd try to get over sponsorship issues?

But it's all a bit lame that. Several countries have been playing with that new Adidas ball for the last six months, like Germany and Holland. It would not have been so hard to get your hands on a couple of those balls.

Stupid complaining by these overpaid youngsters. Just shut up and play ball.

And that they did.

Next a hopefully epic drubbing/trouncing/thrashing of "the old enemy".

England did well. Congrats.

Cheers..! It was merely at team of highly trained and paid athletes finally doing what they were there to do...playing at an international level.... Can't believe they were so shit in the first ones.
Now we need consistancy....'Cause now we face 'The Hun'. 😛

One of my Bassists is Italian.
Needless to say, we'll all be rallying round to him and making sure hes ok over the next few days. 😛
