If I was separating D.C. fanboy readers from D.C. editors I would have used the word "and", not a slash. It's basic English.

Given how vulnerable Superman has proven to Zeus lightning,
given how effective Diana's Zeus-lightning-empowered cuffs have proven in each of the 3 cases I personally know of, and given how strong Wonder Woman herself is, I'm not seeing anymore where Superman takes even half of these matches, let alone a majority.

This is especially hard to see given how poorly Superman has fared against another opponent with magic lightning at their disposal.

All by itself the electrical attack is something Superman has little if any response to.

In combination with actual high-level physical force ... ?

Bear in mind that the fight in Rucka's Sacrifice was pre-Zeus cuffs for Wonder Woman. They weren't an option during that fight.

What if they were, and that head ringing smack she gave to Supe's ears occurred simultaneous with a good zap?

That single shot you saw of Captain Marvel clocking Superman, taken from JLA JSA Virtue and Vice, put down Superman for several pages.

A dozen panels later, Superman is STILL out from the blow as Karen, who distracted him before that with a rude kiss, tempts Dr. Fate to finish Marvel's job ...

Superman is vulnerable to magic, has shown himself vulnerable to Greek AND Roman magic lightning, and been twice easily knocked out by Captain Marvel using similar attack while punching him.

So Diana has defense AND a winning offense immediately available to her at any point in the fight if she uses these.

Captain Marvel is stronger than Wonder Woman, has proven he can amp his punches, and sucker punched Superman both times, Blue. Not an accurate comparison to make.
