I don't think they were even near the Sun. Apparently the author stated they were near Venus I think it was and the art came-out looking like it was right by the Sun.

And this isn't the only fight where he makes her look next to nothing while not even taking her as a threat. She had her moments in the FOR TOMORROW fight, but like I said, he didn't even take her as a threat. And in the 10TH CIRCLE fight he was weakened(being fed on by Crucifer and no sunlight for a few days) and handicapped by mind control and she still stalemated him at best. And this isn't getting into their comparative performances. She couldn't restrain Mark Antaeus despite help from Martian Manhunter and she lost to him hand-to-hand, Superman stalemated him. Or a bunch of other examples.

Yea no kidding from the looks they are fighting at the surface of the sun, what a joke. If that had truly been the case and used him fighting with that AMP, it would have been game over right then and there.

I don't get the point though, he ended up putting her down in the end with a little work for the comics sake. To me that makes it a win for him.

He actually did knock her out with a single punch, when he sent her back to Earth. The heat of reentry woke her up and she was actually down for a fair amount of time. So she needed BOTH the reentry heat to wake her up, and Superman's mind state making him stupid to give her the time to recover.

But you already proved you go by character statements, not performances, and are backtracking because the evidence doesn't suit you. Concessions accepted.

I go by all factors not one or the other. You seem to alter your standards based off what is best for the character you like IMO.

She is more skilled and has gear that can beat him. The showings confirm this. You disagree. No biggie.

So basically...

WW can do decent but she'll lose. Superman will do worse bloodlusted than he would in a clear mind as that allows Wonder Woman a better chance to land her weaponry.

Also everyone will get really angry again.

Pre-Flashpoint Wondy is not nearly so martial as the present incarnation.

But she's still inherently far more lethal than Kal.

I give Superman fight advantage under more ordinary, less serious circumstances, though.
