The challenge is to come up with a scan where thanos says he fears the hulk.

He never said that. He said he would avoid a conflict with the hulk or something like that.

Thanos says:" I can't well believe that,the force he concentrates on my shield is nearly inconceivable, i already begin to feel them buckle.Hi strenght seems to grow in direct proportion to his anger , in many ways i assume this is what it would be like battling the terran behemoth,The Hulk,a conflict i've sought to avoid over the years .The force field is crumbling the enraged monster will be on me in a moment.

Okay so you failed the challenge. He never said he was afraid of the Hulk. He said that he would avoid a conflict with the Hulk.

Also saying he's afraid of Champion is a bit stupid since he was there fighting him... wow that sure seems scared to me.

Thanos indeed would have been afraid of Champion. We all know he only puts up those shields when he knows he would get his shit kicked in. Omega anyone? Galactus Anyone? Yup there you go. Evidence that he was indeed afraid of Champion. Hence the shields.
