The thread got closed before I could post this image. But someone (we won't mention any names...) said that a certain War Green Guy could see Superman coming a mile away.

Anyways im assuming this is the Hulk your talking about, and he wont be able to react to a Pre Crisis Superman's speed.

That's probably pre-crisis, and thus, non-canon. The narration sounds distinctively pre-crisis.

I haven't seen Superman go past lightspeed in any recent comic, but I'd love someone to show me him doing just that. Narrative text description too.

The only reason I bring up it's pre-crisis nature, is because back then, Supes was breaking the time barrier as a baby [just by moving fast]:
