Ooops, was confusing m/s with km/s. I still can't recall the Earth to Moon teleport though unless you are actually referring to the HE scans. All it says in the X-Factor Annual HE is "high above the Earth" I don't really see any mention of Counter Earth...
I'd like to see something indicating he can go beyond a certain range of the Earth and his bases... otherwise one could easily infer that he can't teleport around the universe at whim... 😈
I was referring to the story arc when he took over Attilan and turned the Inhumans into his Dark Riders, though even in the scan presented it provides evidence of my claim. Also, High Evolutionary's space station was always in orbit of Counter Earth. If in this particular story he has it in the orbit of standard Earth it's still in parallel orbit with the Moon, so the distance figures stand.
As for the second part, it's not even worth the effort. I'm personally not humoring your ploys.
As far as I recall Apocalypse is on the moonbase for the duration of the story arc until he's defeated, the Dark Riders are the ones that attack X-Factor on Ship on Earth.
It's a relatively valid request, as valid as anyone asking for feats of Superman flying throughout the universe the difference being it's relatively easy to find evidence to support Superman capable of superluminal velocity and traversing star systems. Logic generally dictates that onus is on providing proof of positive.
On the contrary, much of Apocalypse abilities being vaunted in this thread as with most Apocalypse threads is "what I think he could do based on extrapolation" as opposed to "what he has done."
"Apocalypse could turn into a warpspeed starcruiser." because he turned into a plane.
"Apocalypse could match Superman's speed." because he hit Quicksilver once.
"Apocalypse could turn his arm into an anti-mutancy ray." because he can turn his arm into a gun.
"Apocalypse could become strong enough to throw planets around the galaxy." because he can amplify his strength to fight the X-Men.
"Apocalypse could turn into a Universal Nullifier." because of I have no idea what, B-Dub? 🤨
And it's equally difficult to determine how much was performed under his own abilities and how much was a product of having access to Ship and his bases, as well as being difficult to gauge the limits of either case.

I'm thinking Apocalypse's fans are taking far too many liberties with his technomorphic and physical abilities as depicted on panel, as if there are no limits. He has access to some Celestial technology, he isn't Arishem.
