It is nothing compared to TOAA. it's nothing to Kirby, who is the one who made the IB. I don't even know if It could beat the LT, seeing as how the LT is the servant and creation of the one above all. I haven't given a winner in this fight nor do I care to. But Mr. Mxy has undone everything and then Remade it all as well. So um, Making everything is kinda meh. Hell mxy beat everything in the form of the Ultimator via BFR.

by the Alien Entity in 2006

We know Toaa/god are who really creates everything, even the Hulk's thunder claps,
but they use tools like the IB and Hulk to present their work, sortaspeak. 🙂

Other powers have remade the Omniverse but not in this fashion,
so Marvel did not stand them out aswell,
like Wanda, CCU and Future/Genis.
