Plus creating 616 doesnt result in the automatic creation of all Marvel realities. After the prime 616 universe, parallel universes formed from it latter which had similarities from the prime universe but were inherently different and divergent realities later formed, universes which shared a common history with 616 but diverged at some point.
Stop trying to hype up characters who merely re-created a universe, up to omniversal status to justify your agenda defined hierarchy. 😉

The I being never made the I Gems, the I gems are what was left of the I being after it killed itself.
On top of that as per current continuity the Infinity Being had nothing to do with the creation of Marvel.
When Thanos first talked of it he stated that it was the creator of reality back in Thanos Quest:
However later on in the canon Ultraforce/Avengers crossover the being went from being all there was, the only thing within a void to being retconned into a being OF the universe whose death did nothing but create the I gems:

On top of that whilst the I being did destroy two realities and attempted to remake them, she didnt have the skill or power to create anything but a universe that was a few thousand miles wide and a few metres deep:
The universe was a poor attempt and so it blew up:
As you can see from the second scan after Nemesis' flop attempt to create a universe, she teleported herself and inadvertently the heroes back to Earth.

This energy swept across both realities taking chunks of them in order to use them to create a reality of her own. She failed in this because as you see in the scans, the Ultraforce reality and their Earth was still present, damaged but present.
