Still have faith, in the incoherent bio? At the end of the bio, it states she THEN traveled to “White Hot Room. When in reality, she traveled to the White Hot Room first, to proceed with the corresponding events.
It acknowledges the amputation that took place first panel of page 20, in issue 154 (New X-Men).. It then states, it nudges 616 Cyclops to change its mind. Logically, Phoenix cant control a current 616 Cyclops, if it’s controlling 15104 future reality. That’s where you entire argument is debunked.
(1) The comic clearly establishes the amputation of a future reality and its treatment.[ first panel of page 20, in issue 154 (New X-Men).]
(2) Jean next actions, are established by the New Universe that it manifested in the palm of her hand. Its no longer addressed as an amputed reality, if not it would be a dressed as so. Third panel, page 21 #154 (New X-Man].
(3) Its through the manifestation of this Universe, that Phoenix proceeds to “Nudge” 616 Cyclops. [Forth panel, page 22 #154 (New X-Man].
In the end, the bio helps give a brief overview of what happened. And though it misleads a bit, correlation of what I have explained is justified. Jean manifested the 616 Universe, and controlled it atomically.

Ah look this bio is more accurate then the first one. It acknowledges two separate actions. The (1)Amputations of the Future reality, and (2) the manifestation Universe.
(1) - See here is the insert [/]bio[/] and first panel of page 20, in issue 154 (New X-Men).

Indeed, it’s a reality that expanded 150 years down the line from, New X-Men #150.

We are counting 150 years, from the breakings point. So the moment, Scoot decided to leave the institute, he incited “Here Comes Tomorrow”. His actions indirectly provoked those disasters, and Phoenix decided to isolate and cut off 150 future years. And commence a new one, where “Here Comes Tomorrow”, never come to pass.
Its still an entire Universe, (with all the planets, galaxies and what not formed). But it was cut off and proceeded to count the years from its their.
More Explanations
Like I mentioned earlier, number 15104 was not assigned during “Here Comes Tomorrow”. Now its my understandings that, when you insert a an event adjustment, to change the future. 1 or 2 things happened.
1 - The previous future ceases to exist.
2 - It becomes a parallel reality.
Regardless, the moment Jean amputated the reality, and provoked the creation of a future one. The previous future, is regarded as an alternate reality. It still draws back from its previous eon of history from its creation, to its present.
Since its now alternate/parallel reality, we can now safely say its reality 15104 (assigned by Marvel Bio).
