Irrelevant. Galactus is a being who requires outside sustenance. Phoenix is hooked up to an infinite energy source. Glaactus could have just eaten a planet and still lost to Phoenix.
He would eventually exhaust his energy reserves and then be back to square one.
Galactus admitted his major disadvantage to Phoenix in their conflict which you're referring to:
"I hover near to death, exhausted in our struggle, while you are neither weary, nor hungry, because you tap into a source of near limitless potential"
Here Galactus' limitations are highlighted again by Maelstrom who at the time was an avatar for Oblivion:
Galactus is limited by his need for outside sustenance. He eats, his reserves are depleted, then he must eat again.
