He did not fly around physically attacking and/or fire energy blasts subsequently, being dead.
So where in the comic did you see 522 Surfer phase or transmute matter or absorb energy or manipulate it significantly beyond blasting or use telepathy or shields or regenerate?
Or do anything else that 616 Surfer is capable of beyond physically attacking, attacking with his board or energy blasts?
Oh that's right nowhere. Because he's not 616 Surfer, none of 616 Surfer's feats apply to him and all he did was fly around, physically attack, attack with his board and fire energy blasts.
