not really you didn't prove anything about Thanos' will being greater. Lucifer has been stated to have infinite will. A will second only to God. and although he was basically following God's plan for most of the series at the end he didn't.

I know its canon. But it doesn't prove thanos has greater will than Lucifer. Lucifer used the power of Michael the pure power of God basically and controlled it to form his own multiverse. Not a lower feat by any means.
