thanos also had a power up in that fight, odin staggerd a bit from one of thanos's shots as well like i said as the battle went on it went into odin's favor but from what we've seen thanos showed that he could atleast hang with odin for a little while which is the point i'm trying to make odin still couldnt' put him down 1 2 3 like many want to believe and furthermore if the power gap was that huge then pushing his way through a focused attack would look that much better on thanos
This is the ONLY attack that even looks like a stagger, and it doesn't look like much of one to me.
All Thanos showed was that he could take a butt-kicking and still get up. It was an impressive showing of durability for sure, but Odin wasn't going all out against Thanos.

True, but keep in mind Odin wasn't going all out. Plus, despite him lasting in the fight, Thanos was unable to harm Odin.True
I still haven't seen this confirmed anywhere. Anyone have a scan stating this?

If Thanos was as powerful as you say then he surely wouldn't have been on all fours before a being that was seemingly untouched.

Like I said, so did Tyrant, but I know you don't think Thanos had a chance at beating him.
If you want proof that Odin wasn't going all out, just look at the fact that he was giving Thanos a chance to surrender. If that isn't enough, then I suggest you look back at the decades worth of Odin feats to see what he is truly capable of.

Which would mean his intententions weren't to kill him. Which would mean he wasn't going all out, which is already obvious when Odin's been shown capable of so much more in other fights.

He was trying to kill him. He was surprised Thanos was alive since he thought he would have died.
I don't see the part where he's supposedly trying to kill him. Even if he was he couldn't due to Thanos being banned from death.
Not to get away from the point at hand. Odin was obviously holding back.
