It may have been said that Thanos clones may even fool the Watchers sometimes...but, there is no real proof that the Thanos that SG beat was anyone short of the real Thanos.
Look how easily She Hulk defeated the one clone. The real Thanos is much more powerful than any of his clones except Omega.

And according to one scan...the DS that did get beat up in the end...was only an avatar. DS would have no reason to lie about that. Show me instances of where DS has significantly lied about something like that.
