It could still be canon, everyone is in this kids dream and when they die they only die in that dream, but they are still representations of the original characters psyches and abilities .... maybe.
True. The story could be canon, but the feats aren't.

LOL at Jenny just standing there with her glowing hands... ermm
lulz. I noticed that too. But I guess it didn't stand out to me too much...as an Authority fan, you get used to writers PIS'ing Jenny and Doctor out of the fight. I almost expect it to happen anymore. If they were allowed to let loose and the kid dreamed them at the correct power levels, this crossover would be over by now.

but in the first issue we see superman
Spoiler:. i think it'd have to be more than a dream to warrant that, especially with the subtle implication that superman was going to
standing ominously over the sleeping kid, saying "never again."
Spoiler:.
kill the kid

Maybe that scene was actually the END of the story, and they fixed the kid, so that he never dreams them into hell again?

Originally posted by ScooblessIn the last issue, he prevented the Daemonites taking over the earth. Past-Majestros will go ahead and rescue everybody from the world-kidnapping ship, and will find everything returned to normal when the ship puts them back. There will no longer be the one year absence of Majestros that allowed the Daemonites to take over, because Future-Majestros spent his last few minutes defeating Helspont.
He died in the last issue of his own title ... but it was also a weird time loop that ended back at the start of the first issue.
At least, the way I figure it.
So Majestros isn't dead. Half of his series, however, is canon to everybody but him (but technically are still feats for him, since he did them... and then undid them with a time loop).

What's the deal with Jenny? I don't think I've ever actually read a comic with her in it (other than the ones that WS fans gripe about because she doesn't do anything). What are some of her fanciest feats and such?
Check the respect thread. She has limited feats right now, but has been established to be very powerful. Second only to the Doctor on the Authority, by whose words they both have the power to "destroy the planet" (referring to Earth). Ingesting an exploding universe, creating her own dimension, transmutation, and creation of anti-matter are among her high-end feats.

Not only creating her own dimension- she also retroactively made it exist since the beginning of Earth's history. Hardcore.
Anyways, I'm kind of curious as to what Chimera has told them/done to them to make the DC heroes act like this; so far the only one to come across as himself was Bouncing Boy.

wow seems to be picking up. was hoping more of the legion kids would die given they have the most to spare as far as members go >=P but damn batman got offed. which makes this so far the best issue.
just proves how little green arrow really matters.
"Ollie is dead" "ok"
"Batmans down!" "OMFGWHY!!!"
a Bruce+Zealot baby would be cool.. soo what did everyone else think of the recent issue?

I just read it, Zealot took out Batman whoa! Things are heating up for sure, can't wait for issue 4.
#4 actually raises some interesting canonical questions. Sure, the kid is dreaming them into the WS universe (courtesy of a nigh-unintelligible explanation about dream states from everyone's favorite hippy), but then Doctor actually talks to the kid in his realm, which is what is "really" going on. So if the fighting and such isn't canon (Batman's death certainly isn't for example), but the kid dreaming all of it IS canon, then what was the conversation between Doctor and Chimera? Seems canonical, but then it raises the question of what everyone's realization of Chimera is.
We'll have to see how it ends before deciding.
Also, Apollo v. DD?! I'm excited, except if Apollo gets his ass handed to him. Which, let's be honest, he might.
