"My relations are mainly with the Kalat and ensuring that his people are receiving the supplies and protection they require," Fenring says. "I would have informed the Diktat and CorSec if I had seen anything suspicious. I did not know Valru had been sent at all! Why was I not informed?"
"Need to know basis," Gabriel mutters.
"I believe that includes ME," Fenring hisses.
"I don't need Jedi senses to think the same," Gabriel says.
The Kalat awakens again.
"Go and do justice," the Kalat says. "If my people have committed a wrong, you will make it right."
"But Kalat," Fenring says. "You are allowing them into your colony to scrutinize your people and their ways!"
"So be it," the Kalat says, smiling faintly.
You can sense the frustration of the Kalat's three bodyguards as you leave, and the Kalat has fallen asleep again. They escort you out, followed by Fenring.
"Remember that you must act according to the laws of the colony as well as those of Corellia," Fenring reminds. "And of the Republic."
"I'm not really known to be the law-breaking type," Gabriel says. "I suggest staying here under the Kalat's protection. It could be dangerous in the colony for Corellians."
