Actually, Strange has knocked out Galactus before.
I'd tend to side with Mogo here. He doesn't really have many feats other than general energy blasts, he has been hurt severely before even with teh GL Corps defending him, and there's multiple planet busters in this tourney already. Good pick. Close to being an unfair loophole. But as I see it, just a clever loophole.
Forum Strange has autoshields that's taken much worse
Forum Superman STILL is in-character therefore will not knock off Forum Thing's head that has also been amped to a Zom level brick by Forum Strange who has gone back in time to put Forum Superman as a baby on a planet without a yellow sun allowing Forum Strange to H2H the now human level Forum Superman with Forum Strange Wong level H2H skillz

Strange wouldn't have time to do anything, and none of that is in character, which is a rule you seem to be calling.

I am instituting a no whining/complaining/bashing of this tournament rule. I will no longer tolerate any further insults, complaining, or whining of the rules, regulations, or set-up of this tournament.
People who break this rule will get one and only one warning from me. I will remove anyone from this tournament who continues to break this rule at my discretion. Anyone who has been removed will also have their right to vote in this tournament revoked. I have received complaints from various people who feel that the constant complaining is working against the tournament process. This rule is now here to make the tournament run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
