Cresh and I get to kick this thing off? Cool.

...I'll admit that I'm a bit worried about the severe lack of boobs on my side. Cresh could probably just post pics of his team and win the match. But I'll see what I can muster.

...

Also, what are the rules for voting? I remember that tourney participants must vote, but do we have to vote that day...meaning, are we penalized if we can't get to a cpu on a given day? And what's the rules on non-participants voting? Because if anyone can vote, we've had problems in the past with people campaigning for votes...

Re: SCHEDULE LISTINGS

never mind didn't read the list throughly enough

There is one match per day and they last up until the next fight is posted. All tournament participants must vote. If there is a problem, talk to me ahead of time, and send me a PM if you cannot vote for a given day. We'll work something out.

I may penalize those who do not vote on a consistent basis. (For example, for each vote you miss before your match, is a -1 vote against you at the start of your own match)

Any tournament participant can vote with no restrictions. Non-Tournament participants must have at least 1000 posts to vote.

I have done my best up to this point, but now the tournament is your hands. You are responsible for your match, and convincing the voters. May the best competitor win. thumbsup

Actually, can I be a jerk and request that my match get switched until later in the week?

Turns out my brief diagnostic-and-repair cpu problem is full-blown computer corruption. I only have my operating restore disk, and I need the driver disks, which I now need to order from Dell. Long story short, I'm without a cpu for probably another week, maybe more, when I originally thought that I'd have it back by now.

In tourney terms, that means that if I have a match, I'm without any of my saved scans. Some of teh Doctor/Thor stuff is in the respect threads, but a LOT of what I'm doing isn't scanned in. Brief stints at my friend's cpu and/or 1-hour usages at the local library won't cut it.

If not, that's fine. I'll make do. But any extra time would be a god-send at this point.

I don't mind. Just not on a Thursday or Friday.

An immense thank you to Cresh and Evangel for accomodating me. I can't even begin to describe the frustration I've been going through with my cpu at the moment (and Best Buy, who keeps finding ways to charge me more money). So this is the first good news I've received in a few days.

yeah, that was nice

It's no problem. This tourney like all other activities on KMC, is about fun. You're a friend and I want you to enjoy partaking in this tourny.

I wish I could help you with your comp, but since I can't I'll wish you luck with both getting your comp fixed and in the tourny.

👆

Cool.

...now we just have a little bit longer before I slaughter some innocent females. Come to think of it, we haven't really considered the possibility that Cresh is just into hardcore BDSM...maybe they'll all spank each other during prep to warm up.

Not that I speak from experience or anything (wink wink) but hardcore BDSM would generally be a bit beyond a spanking . . .

I said that's the warm-up. Do not question my BDSM knowledge.
