If you want Dr. Strange, he is 6 points. I don't make a distinction between current and 'classic'. You get him as a whole. I don't arbitrarily divide characters between years unless there is a major event that radically changes the character.

Seriously, I don't like dividing characters like this. It opens up the door for other examples for participants to use. Drafting Thor without his hammer, Green Lantern without his ring, and Tony Stark without his Iron Man armor all at a reduced cost. If you want a character, draft them as a whole, unless there is a major event that radically alters a character to use a as a divider.
