You're creating a false dichotomy. In your line of thinking, either it's fun and not-serious at once, or not-fun and serious.
It's possible to take something seriously and still enjoy it. Personally, I put a lot of time and effort into these things because they're a blast, and I take them seriously, but don't lose sleep over losses and such. It's fun for us because it's a legit competition. The two (serious/fun) aren't mutually exclusive. And you invalidate everyone's efforts by being flippant with judging.
And you're proving again that you have no concept of that, and are nothing but an immature child when it comes to these things.

I have no say in this tourney, so my opinion would count for very little. But I think that now since the issue is being formally addressed it might prompt the user "TricksterPriest" to consider a change of attitude. I understand the need to protect the intergrity of the tournament, but I read the Digi vs. Cresh Tourney thread and I think that given the circumstances an official warning and a second chance may be in everyone's best interest.
I realize that "TricksterPriest" has his days (I was there during the Team Tourney and I think everyone has seen those *cough*"drunk*cough* posts of his) but if he can at least learn to respect the work that Evangel94 and all it's participants have put into this tournament then I think maybe he should be given a second chance.
Don't think I don't appreciate you sticking up for me though. 😄 it is noted and well received. 👆 Thanks man.
................God damn, does everything I do get related back to that one post? durfist
Digi: Jesus christ, stop throwing a shitfit because I voted for Cresh's lesbian orgy. 🙄

Don't act like it's because of 1 post. This is an accumulation of things throughout the tourney, all of which I have spelled out, and if you had made amends rather than digging yourself deeper in this discussion so far there might have been a different outcome. As it is, I can only see this ending how it should: with your voting privileges being rescinded.
As it is, I'm grateful to Cresh for providing some entertainment, and also for indirectly exposing this so that we could deal with it now.

BTW, on a happier note I am done with my write up for the next match.

Good luck. I'm interested to see your match.
I can empathize somewhat. These so-called "prep gods" are surprisingly hard to pin down specific feats for. I've been having a similar problem with Lex. I have some useful stuff, but not nearly as much as I thought I would originally. I knew what I was doing with Reed going in, but figured drafting Lex would be like drafting a plot device for any situation. ...for 1 pt. I figured flying blind for a bit while I gathered scans wouldn't hurt. He's still very useful, but just not as much as you'd think.

Says the guy with, what... nine Superman comics? There are perks involved with buying a character's comics. You gain knowledge of their capabilities. herbsmile
Batman has tons of impressive prep feats. It's the people who don't bother to read a character that state things such as this. I'm not picking on you in particular, just making an observation.
I appreciate the support from everyone. I don't like having to do this to anyone, but it seemed like it needed said, and my fear was that no one else would.

*grumble*
Well, I own 9 Superman comics, but I perused a lot more in both my library and comic shop (and bought a few of them). So it's maybe up to maybe 20 of his comic appearances.
I knew what I was doing though, since Lex was just a wild card. The other 3 formed my "base" and anything I find of Lex's is just an added bonus. Maybe I don't have nearly as much as I should, but he's still going to justify his 1 pt. purchase.
But yeah, Sym not having Bats feats is just shameful ( 😛 ).
