Getting Accepted to College

What were all of your guys reactions to getting accepted to the college/or not getting in? I know when I got accepted to Washington State University, I was like a little kid on xmas.

College is for losers

$1500 entrance scholarship to University of Calgary.

I did a happy dance.

I wasn't too excited, I ended up going to live on campus but hated it, so now I'm living at home and commuting.

Well it was like a dream for me cause I have always wanted to go to WSU, its gonna be the mad note....

I was bummed and college sucks.

Why were you bummed?

I did not want to go to my college.

I've been in college for almost 2 years and I agree with Axel.

Meh.

Every person I have ever talked to said college was some of the best years, why were your guys so bad?

I was a little plaintive about getting accepted to college but once I got there, I was excited because I was going to get to do all new things and have a chance to meet new people from different backgrounds. The moving away from home was a bittersweet bonus because I never lived by myself and because I was moving away from my son. But I had fun and can't wait to go back. I took a semester off to be with my son.

For me its the excitement of new things, leaving homes gonna be tough, I am looking forward to it but non the less its gonna be hard.

WSU FTW

it'll be worth it. trust me. you'll have fun. just don't get distracted from th work.

TRH do u go to WAZZU?

I only applied to one school, so I didn't really react when I got accepted.

But now that I here, I love every minute of it. It's ****in' sweet.

D and Axel are mooks.

1 for 1? go you.

I agree. Although, having said that I haven't even started yet but I'm sure it can't be too thrilling. Especially since it's an Australian university and not an American one.
