I don't know of any school that accepts those grades. Maybe in Europe, but not here.(except community college).

Once again there are programs that are designed just for helping kids get into college who don't have the money. Financial aid, scholarships and Student loans are all good too.

Well, here we don't have to stay in secondary school until we're 18, we can leave at 16. We also do qualifications called A levels before going to university, with D's and C's in them you can get into some universities.
The process here is entirely different and also achieves more success.
