This is a simple concept to grasp.
This Hulk has shown the highest level of power, that doesn't mean the other versions of him had to have a limit.
Just like Savage Hulk is stronger than Grey Hulk.

As for showing his feats, many of the classic Hulk feats IMO are far more impressive than anything that WWH did.

the incarnations have different base strengths, meaning at his weakest(lowest anger) gray hulk can lift 70 tons whereas most of the others are at 100
