Punisher breaks into AIM facilities, wherever they still exist, and steals the apparently pocketsized technology that created MODOK? Yea to bad Logan’s been stated to view bullets in slow motion in the Weapon X Novel.

great. next, we he'll just hold up his hand and say "no".
look, whether he sees it in slow motion or not has NOT helped him in the past. there are several issue posted here alone which show him getting shot. distraction? he wasn't looking? are you seriously telling me that frank can't come up with a way to distract him so he can shoot him. or wait, better yet, why cant he just hide and shoot him again like he did in the issue YOU posted.

Logan dodging a rocket, and I think it save to assume it moving a lot faster then a hand held rocket Launcher could firer.

the helicopter was low and it was right there in front of him. he saw it coming. frank shot him while hiding and having him distracted. also the missile was going at his legs....what kinda moron does that anyway? still it was impressive though.

Sorry, but don’t even try to compare the two. Punisher stands no chances in hand two hand combat with Logan. Here are some Martial Art feats to assure you he a top tier Martial Artiest, while Frank aka Punisher is only 3rd tier. Actually I seem to recall Wolverine KOing Punisher with a glancing blow in the original Punisher war journal.

whatever you say about wolverine dodging bullets always seems to be pointing at him knowing that he's about to be shot. he's either seeing it coming or isn't distracted or preoccupied.
okay granted.
however, on the flipside we've seen him getting nailed many, many times. the excuse you people come up with is that he's distracted or preoccupied. well, frank can distract him in several ways considering that he has one hour to come up with ways to do it. that could mean boobytraps amongst several others.

to add further to this is the fact that HEHAS DONE IT. i conceded battlehammer's point before. so lets just all agree on this and get on with our lives already.

i think he can dodge bullets easily, but the writers just let him go through it cuz they want to show off his healing factor.

WHy would he? Not like that would do more that destroy an eye. unless you're telling me the bullet could get through his Superior orbital fissure...
Because yeah there's bone behind the eye.

I take it you don't play many FPS games... or if you do you don't use the rocket launchers often. Yes you shoot at the legs, or more specifically you shoot at the ground near your target. Why? Because of the explosion. it does you no good to shoot at an opponent just to have them dodge and your attack hits a wall in the distance behind them. Instead you shoot at the ground and try to hit them with the explosion rather than the missle itself.

Because this isn't being written by enis. A baseball bat to the crotch? really, with all the pain he has to deal with.. I can take a bat to the crotch... why can't wolverine again?

The superior orbital fissure also has a hole in it. I dont know if its big enough for a bullet to go through but thats what happened to him before
