are you serous? The missle was aimed at him, we see it fly towards him and then we see it blow up behind him. The missle was level with him. It could not have blow up like that behind him unless it was dodged.

Im sayign this is incorrect because time and time again skillful characters have shown to overcome machinery eg it could be argued that Cap should not be ablt to hit Spiderman because he has dodged lasers but this doesnt change the fact that Cap is skillful enough to hit Spiderman.

The first two you're now apparently extrapolating on the last, I'm not sure based on what. And then further extrapolating that Punisher would be able to interpret the information in the second sufficiently to fashion an intelligence increasing device. Presumably love of Punisher.
