Namor would own Storm. Unless she can find a way to manipulate the weather to completely stop him in his tracks, one punch from Namor and Storm is out.

im voting for namor hear but i have a question....can storm increase the heat and keep a small whirl wind around her to keep herself cool?

he has resistance to cold, so freezing him is going to be difficult, if not impossible.
she can't fry the ocean full stop.
