The only thing im not too sure about is the amount of physical damage CM can take. I know she has had no problem KOing really powerrful beings though. Anyway i'll go about setting up a case.
Anyway........
1. He can deal with aerial combat due to his flight ring and im giving it FTL speed and he has the ability to use it adeptly.
2. I dont see him having any porblems deal with Supermans H2H skill if he can do this.

Ok in all fairness she was not able to KO him but was able to find out its weakness, but Cap has an indestructible weapon and a motherbox that could create weapons.
