Look dumbledore wins
1.there is no lightsaber involved so no slicing just the force vs magic
2.yoda can't dodge forever and Dumbledore is smart as yoda keeps flipping dumbledore is going to conjure a spell that has a strong enough ranger to catch yoda off guard
3. Tutamintis will help against expelliarmius but not against Avada kedavra
All dumbledore has to do is shoot avada kedavra and if yoda does tutamintis he will die since any contact with avada kedavra means instant K.O.
4. Dumbledore is capable of winless Magic as seen in the movie the GF and stated by many sources so he may not be able to shoot extremely awesome spells but he can still do a multitude of spells

Like a lightsaber a wand is always held firmly in the users hand so yoda can just take it and if he does all dumbledore needs to do is either use accio so it would be a battle of the force vs magic pulls or while he holding on shoot a spell at yoda that would make him give up his grip or just flat out hit him which could do a number of things

Dumbledores strength in magic I on level with yod if not a little bit superior to yodas accio vs force grip I believe dumbledore would win out and besides its not like yoda will just snatch it out of his hand he will have time to jet out a spell and when would youda get the time since whenever he does a force push he needs time to concentrate while dumbledore is shooting put spells like crazy

This video is proof that yoda needs time to concentrate and gather his energy so if dumbledore blast a wall or the ceiling and rocks fall and while yoda is in mid TK
All dumbledore has to do is shoot avada kedavra so battle over dumbledore wins
And you are right dumbledore has no accio fears because he is never shown using accio feats and yes yoda will be able to dodge dumbledores spells but not forever as while he is jumping dumbledore will be able to either pin point where yoda will land and shoot at that spot, use a large scale spell like what he did in order of the phoenix and sweep yoda up and drown him or apparate to that spot and destroy him

If Voldemort who was actively trying to murder Harry was having his spells dodged from only a few feet away. There is no way in Hell any spell will even touch Yoda.
And do you remember the scene where Yoda goes to face Sidious? As soon as he gets through the door, he casually slams two Elite Guards into the wall hard enough to knock them out with a flick of his wrist. Count Dooku casually flung Obi-Wan across a spaceship hangar and with enough force to dent reinforced metal.
It's not as hard to tk a person or a wand that only weighs a few ounces out of a frail grip as you want it to be.
