Thanos was toying with champion and manhandling him. Then he erected the shields to piss him off into destroying the planet and handing over willingly the power gem. Brilliant.

Fallen one and SS used a bullrush...not really the same as combat speed by any strech and when we have seen Thanos agaisnt meta MA's they have often times eluded him completly..... 🙂

Thanos didnt erect a shield against them,but we see that he can especially here in a forum battle. There is no way for Doomsday to even lay a hand on him.

Thanos wasnt in a serious bout anyways with Gamora and had killed her previously when he needed her eliminated.
