I scraped the ludicrous write ups and looked at the bios and feats of the characters picked, I had no choice.

it provides more than enough protection from most of the attacks kandy can muster. strange nullifies hector hall but the aversion field nullifies speed blitz + hulk powers i summarize a win for smurph
My reasons.
While the diversion field holds in check physical attacks aimed at PS(which is borderline no limit fallacy, how much CAN the D-Field divert?). KK still retains overall greater perception of speed. Reaction time, physical movements, speed of thought. - Its nice to hold such an advantage.
Next is Hulk and mystic its mystic properties. Current Version of character is at hand. In the last 20 years or so we have not heard anything of Hulk affinity to magic. The scan that PS posted becomes questionable, and vary one timeish.
Lastly the Nabu ordeal. While Nabu/Fate relationship is much closer then Dom/Strange. (which erupts the question, does it count as outside assistance depends on how you view it really) .How often does Nabu take over? Not every time Dr. Fate is in danger that’s for sure. If not we would not have a huge body count, its reversed for more critical and sparse occasions. Now IRRC currently Nabu does not even guide, the current Fate. I am not sure if that has changed or not, but their was a point where Nabu no longer assisted the current Fate.
In regards to KK, I would like to actually see Dr. Strange create demons. Because the scans he posted does not mention much, except Strange leading a demon horde.
That and how he is went back and forth on his illusions where hard to follow.
Over all, I see more negative in PS, which granted my vote in favor of KK.

Technically, yes, if there's a lost password or something similar. Generally people contact us about that stuff rather than trying to hide a sock, which is dealt with more harshly. But one or the other has to be banned eventually anyway in such cases, but no disciplinary action comes against them.
