Just to clarify, it was the word and the insulting manner in which it was used, not just the word itself...the instance you quoted when you told me how to do my job was someone using your words in an attempt to diffuse the situaiton.

Instead of realizing that not everyone can see it's a joke and explaining yourself calmly, you chastise me (the spelling correction was a nice sarcastic touch). Mods can't read between the lines on every occasion, so what it may "indicate" is irrelevant if it isn't obvious to us when something is reported. You could've saved yourself a lot of trouble simply by having more courtesy when first confronted about it. As it is, you've come across as nothing but someone who assumes his correctness and caustically dismisses anyone who doesn't understand or agree.
