Boubou, the point is simple. The Doctor wins. It's that simple. The nature of the character is that his prep is unbeatable.

No one in comics comes close to him in terms of prep.

What does he do to Galactus though?

He allows Glactus to feed on the infinite energies of the tardis instead,so Galactus goes aqway and calls for the doc whenever he gets teh munchies.

The fact is that Strange and Doom are nowhere near Galactus in term of power. Doom have science in his corner. Does the Doctor have it too?

Did you know that Galactus owned Mephisto in his realm, and kick the sorry but in Agamotto's realm too?

What kind of prep could the Doctor have? Doom and Richards could make a device to steal his power, but I don't see how Strange, who is just magic based, could compete with THAT.

In term of prep, I think that Thanos is the king, seconded by Doom and Richards, followed by Batman, Tony Stark and Doctor Strange.

Think about it this way. The Doctor has an intelligence level that outstrips Thanos, Dr. Doom, and Reed Richards. He also has a ship that contains within it an entire universe, the power to hold together a collapsing universe, and which has allowed him to fight off Gods who were said to be capable of universal level destruction, and which has been shown capable granting the wielder near complete control over time and space. He also has a good record of permanently imprisoning powerful opponents in prison dimensions, or permanently freezing them in a single moment in time. And to make it even more clear, he's shown the ability to create a device that would instantly destroy all life on earth in under 5 minutes.

in other words he has prepped for worse than Galactus before, and he can do so again.

Oh and just to point this out, the Doctor is so badass, he often defeats opponents without using the tardis and just using his personal favorite weapon, a sonic SCREWDRIVER!

So what exactly will Dr Who do?

Be smarter than Reed, Doom and Thanos apparently... and if that doesn't win against Galactus, then dammit! I don't know what will.

Because he's going to grab the Nullifier and threaten Galactus with it.
Or, with him being smarter than Doom... he's steal Galactus's power.
And with intelligence above Thanos, he'll probably smash two planets together, with a massive nuke/Galactus in the middle of it.

Galactus just whips out his ultimate nullifier and deletes Dr. Who from existence. 😖hifty:

Surely he didn't call in Punisher with a GL ring with 200 years though? 'Cause that would be overkill.

I doubt Galactus would do something that dangerous, Frank might just decide to destroy the universe on a whim

I know Who is a genius, but where is stated that his intelligence is so beyond Thanos?

If this in an in-character battle of course that Who stops Galactus.
