Right now there is only one light on in my ENTIRE HOUSE!!! If everybody did that just think of the positive effects that it would produce.

Really it is sunny outside, the curtains are opened, no lights are needed, unless you're in a darker room. If it's cloudy or night time outside, you only need one light on in the room that you're in.
