No, but this isn't really about intelligence unless you're talking about combat technique/formation, and DD knows a lot about that. Hell, the man took down 100 Yakuza in under 3 minutes, and he only had his cane.

DD's technique or formation is not comparable to Batman's. Batman knows more fighting techniques and is just a better fighter all together. DD relies more on his superhuman senses. Place Batman in the same scenario with just his hands and feet. And see just how long the Yakuza's will last.
Daredevil is more acrobatic, has his senses, and arguably is also a better martial artist, if not on a very close level, to Batman.
Don't get me wrong, Batman would kick his crimson ass if they fought, because Batman would figure out after a bit of a beating that DD has superhuman senses, and then unlock gas pellets and sonic bombs on him that would basically kill him.
But when it comes to fighting hordes of Hand Ninja, Matt has the advantage because he has experience in that field. He'd get a higher count than Bats.

Wrong. I don't even think that he can even take Nightwing let alone Batman. DD may have superhuman agility but he is not peak human. Batman hits a lot harder and he can lay him out without any gadgets.
Wolverine due to having a healing factor(granting extra stamina) and being able to take more punishment.
Not too familiar with Midnighter, but i have seen a few scans with him and i must say that hes a beast.
If everyone was on the same playing field meaning no healing factor or high degree of stamina, id give the nod to Fist, DD, Bats, Elektra, Wolvie, and possibly Cap. Not in that order though.

i enjoy reading the stuff going on today, like you I don't agree but unfortunatly people seem to want me to do work at the office damn fools! Anyway i better stop side tracking everyone so let me bring us back by saying... Logan, cap, IF, BP, and Bats not in that order but I would say they would all do fairly well above the rest. If I had to choose.... Logan due to his heavy a japanese influence MA style (i know he knows a bunch but he is very comfortable with the japanese MA) and history with the hand (i.e. fighting them, being brainwashed and im sure because of that he might have some inside knowledge about the hand that might prove useful)

Are you out of your mind. Batman does not need Gadgets to defeat DD. You clearly don't know a lot about Batman neither, do you think DD is skilled enough to go against Slade, Lady Shiva, or Cain? Because I don't think so, better yet I know he can't. So stop trying to compare DD to Batman. He is not in Batman's league.
