Sasuke- Itachi (Spoiler)

Jiraiya has more going for him besides just using chakra to amp strength like showing some actual skill, and knowing more than just h2h fighting that isn't even that great to begin with.

I think Gaara would make a nice fight for Neji. Sasori is a puppet master what do we know about puppet masters? They are weak to taijutsu fighters. Though Sasori has a high chance of winning.

Sakura would easily loose to Neji and so would Chouji.

Kabuto I don't really know I sort of forget about him pretty much. But I'm inclined to say he'd loose on principle of him sucking.

Hidan wasn't faster than Shikamaru so yea I think Neji could beat him.

Kakuzu has long range attacks, as does most of the rest you named and aren't strictly h2h. They have also shown a whole lot more skill than Tsunade has.

When have I ever said Neji was the strongest? I believe I've said Tsunade is more powerful but not skilled. And Jiraiya used a power up to fight Pein. Tsunade is also the weakest of the three Sanin, the least skilled in fighting of the three Sanin, and still wasn't even shown to look good against a armless Oro and a drugged Jiraiya.

rigggght, she became a sannin and hokage without being SKILLED 🙄 . pain said that ALL the sannin had special powers just like jiraya has his sennin mode. also, there is nuthing pointing to tsunade being the weakest other than lack of showings currently. also, she was afraid of blood at the time. and still swung gamabunta's knife. do YOU think neiji's kaiten cud block gamabunta's knife?

Kisame and Itachi was also already in Jiraiya's trap, he's also famous to be strong, and Itachi warned Kisame not to take Gai lightly, and Gai was certain he could beat Kisame. Jiraiya also hadn't ever seen Amaterasu so he'd never been able to block it. They were caught in his trap, Jiraiya had the advantage in the fight.

And as I keep saying..Skill comes into why I think Tsunade would loose. And her pathetic fighting ability against Hyuuga's Gentle Fist is not exactly a winning combo for Tsunade. Tsunade is more powerful but she's a skilled medical ninja not a skilled fighter.

oh my GOD! gaara wud kill neiji currently. he is kazekage and the kind of things he did against deidara is truly colossal in scale. he is THE puppet master, he will kill neiji.

chouji's body rool technique is stronger than even kiba/akamaru's attack. plus his pills, he wud win against neijji and neiji can not channel chakra into the meatball without breaking his arms. sakura with her ground destruction, poisons, etc wud win against him.

kisame said way BEFORE they engaged jiraya that he cudnt handle a man of that level, after which itachi commented that even he didnt want to engage jiraya as he wudnt be able to guaruntee the safety of ither of their lives if he did.

Current Gaara....I highly doubt his ultimate defense is as good as it use to be nor is it as fast. Even if he still has it. Didn't I say Sasori has a high chance of winning even after I said taijutsu fighters are the weakness of puppet masters??

You act like Chouji isn't slow or easily dodged. I like Chouji alot but he's not the best fighter nor is he fast. Not to mention Neji beat his Cursed Seal guy without resorting to pills that amped his chakra higher like Chouji. Sakura winning against Neji? Right because breaking the ground is such a automatic win. You have to actually hit somebody to hurt them when you are stronger.

Like I said I forget everything about Kabuto..so that was mostly just a lame attempt at a joke cause I don't like Kabuto.

Kisame hasn't really had that many fights. Actually he's had one and he wasn't even at 100%. Tsunade had her fight with the Sanin. Didn't show off her great fighting skill and speed then just her strength and her regen.

Yea she became Hokage without being skilled in FIGHTING. She's powerful, and she's got excellent chakra control on top of it, and she's the most skilled at what she does. But that's not fighting. And um...Yea Tsunade being the third choice out of the Sanin to become Hokage really makes me think she's weakest. Not to mention her ever so lackluster fight against weakened Oro and drugged Jiraiya. And I'm not saying she's weaker chakra wise she's just not as good a fighter and her jutsu aren't as good.

Gai is more skilled than Neji. I already said Gai is one of the ninja in Konoha that would beat Neji. Gai is a lot faster than Neji also. There is a difference between Gai and Tsunade. One has skill and speed the other has large amounts of chakra and regen with super strength. Neji can take away Tsunade's advantages and has a chance of hitting her.

And Tsunade's slugs have been so impressive in fights. As for Kaiten stopping Tsunade is she used Gamabunta's knife...what would it really matter. It's not like she's going to get it. And yea prove Kaiten can be broken? Because it's not even shown a limit to what it can deflect. Granted the strongest thing was Kyuubi Naruto but that didn't exactly strain it.

I don't but there really isn't anyway to convince you of it. She's Sanin and Hokage...great. She's powerful so what. She became legendary because she lived through a war where everybody but her, Oro, and Jiraiya died. She became Hokage because Jiraiya turned it down. Her oh so large chakra is used to heal herself and other while making herself super strong. That's all fine and dandy but she's not exactly the greatest fighter in Konoha nor is she the smartest person in Konoha. Most powerful I have no doubt but power means very little when it's not used for fighting and you are in a fight against a guy who is skilled and has a style that takes away your power. She'd wreck Neji is she got a hold of him that much I am sure of also. I just don't see her actually getting the chance to before she's powerless..or even getting close if Neji doesn't want her to. Heck Tsuande would wreck just about everybody if she got her hands on them but there in lies the problem. She actually has to get them.

you do know she knows all about the hyuuga clan right? she knows how to combat them effectively...heck gai probably knows a method to bypass the gentle fist. and IMO her punches would mess up his defense if they hit the ground.

i really like neji and all, but against a hokage he would get a justified beating as most ninja would.

Wow...why aren't we on different sides of this thing. I don't like Neji but I think Tsunade is cool. Besides Tsunade has been away for a very long time, and I doubt she learned everything about the Hyuuga just because she was from Konoha. Gai and Kurenai both probably know more about them than Tsunade does. The best way to combat somebody who is a master in taijutsu is something Tsunade doesn't have either. More fighting skill isn't something she has and she hasn't shown she even knows any long range abilities. Yea one could assume she does but that doesn't mean much when she's not a fighter but a healer. One couldn't even begin to know how strong of jutsu she'd have either. Why would Neji use his defense when she's far away which she would be if she hit the ground since she'd be to busy fighting if they were up close. Neither one of them are going to win if they stay away from each other anyway.

you are forgetting about Katsuyu. she can just split into an army of slugs or simply in giant form spit enough acid at neji to cover a football field.

Neji still has Kaiten to block that and send it flying everywhere. Yea sure he'd more likely than not loose to a summon even as pathetic as Tsunade's slug has been but Tsunade is a different story all together.

summons are legal ninja tools as much as nin-dogs so they are part of her. she may not even need to attack him personally, just summon katsuyu to spam acid

I never said it wasn't. But she'd have to form the seals before he attacks her, and is Neji really going to sit there and let her do that. And Neji can still block the acid and it'll end up slinging all over the place having a good chance of hitting Katsuyu and Tsunade. I'm not saying he can beat the slug but he can survive at least a bit against it. It's not exactly that impressive of a summon. Now a double team attack would be good but I don't see how they would pull one off effectively seeing as how Tsunade isn't going to be able to get close to do anything if the slug is spitting acid.

That reminds me...I was like "WTF!!!" when Sakura and Naruto were trying to take the bells from Kakashi and Kakashi was doing his hand signs like he was Wally West. The "WTF!!!" moments are one of the reasons I like Naruto so much.

If Tsunade could do hand signs as well as Kakashi, we might have a different scenario from the one you described just above.

True. But Tsunade would have to to equal Kakashi in speed for that to happen. If she was as fast as Kakashi she really wouldn't need skill to beat Neji when she could probably just blitz him even without being that skilled so Katsuyu wouldn't be needed anyway. While I think she should be able to amp her speed like she does her strength also she hasn't shown to be able to do it. If she or even Sakura showed it then yea I think Neji would loose. Her disadvantages to me are that she doesn't really have that impressive of speed nor fighting skill which Neji has.
