Benjii growled "i'll kill him just like i killed everyone back in Midian! i don't fear anyone. not even you." he thought of his past and what Lich said "besides, i had only one father. and i killed him. there was never a another father." he knew his anger would let Infernus free without struggle but he didn't care. "i can careless if you want to kill me! many do, but yet i'm still here. nobody has ever came close to killing me than myself. now if you would just give us our daughter back, i can take care of the bastard your talking about...and maybe you when i'm done." he knew his eyes grew black all around and that his fangs grew, but he was not going to let some fake relative make a fool of him in front of his fiancee'

Lich grinned, "Fine. If you are so confident in your abilities, save your wife. She is currently possessed by your great father. And every moment that passes, he takes a greater control over her. Soon he will be in every cell of her body. But be careful," his grin becoming a cynical smile, "at this stage of the possession, any violent retrievals, without taking the proper ritual steps, will kill her and infect you." Lich folded his arms, his smile never fading from his face, "well go on. You who think you can do everything, rip her open and devour your enemy. Kill that you may be satisfied. And maybe when you see how insignificant your ignorance makes you, realize that all your enemies wont ever fight to your advantage, or ever play fair." He stood still, glaring at Benjii, "so go on, save her."

Benjii let himself go, letting Infernus take over "you son of a *****!" he lunged at Lich, not knowing how he was going to kill him but trying to think of a why "don't ever mock what you can't kill! it'll come back to haunt you"

jason fell backwards out of his chair. "ah shi*!" he scrambled out of the door, staying next to the wall.

There was a sudden gun shot that rang through out the room. If they were to turn they'd see steph, out of her bed and holding a gun. She had shot into the ceiling, but she now had it pointed at Benjii. Blood was trickling down her legs from the strain on getting out of bed. She was pissed and in extreme pain. "Benjii..... Get out.. Now!" She sneered and looked over at Lich. "And you... Sit." She motioned towards a chair beside her bed. "Jason escort Benjii to the SWAT men. Stay with him until they are done speaking with him. Once they are done, bring him and another SWAT man back here. They wanted to talk to me..." No one moved. "I SAID GO!" She pulled the trigger, letting the bullet hit the floor by Benjii's feet. She waited before moving back to the bed.

unfortunately jason was already halfway to the lobby and did not hear her.

Lich stands unflinchingly as Benjii's claw comes inches within his face. He walks away from Benjii, completely ignoring any breathing and heavy grunting at the shame of being tamed by an injured vampire. He sat by Steph's bed in the chair that used to be the one Benjii sat in, and folded his hands in front of his face. He sat there steadily gazing at an invisible dot in the ground waiting for Benjii to do as he was asked.

"You need to save Benjii. Again." Vrix stood from the bed and started dressing.

Kiki rolled her eyes and pushed herself to her feet, wrapping her arms around him and kissing his neck from behind. "What else is new? I've known that for quite some time now... But that doesnt matter to me."

Steph winced and pushed herself back up into bed. She sighed and threw the gun down as if she was discusted to be holding such a thing. "I'm sorry... But I didnt want to risk another fight... Not in here... Now Lich... Is there anything you can do to get this thing out of me?"

[Assuming that Benjii has left the room...]

Lich held his breath. After a moments pause he spewed from his mouth a black looking ball, that seemed to goop and bubble and drain back into itself. Lich held this ball on the point of his finger tips and stared into it. After a while the ball began to solidify and then became as smooth as marble where it then venture to become so smooth that it became gaseous. "If you inhale this, a part of me will combat what is inside of you. I did this for your child and she is no longer infected. However," as he retracted the ball from her face he gazed at her with a look of death, "your child was not carrying the potency that you have within you. Plus she was younger, and her vital system is brand new. Unlike yours that has undergone years of abuse through both natural and artificial elements, the chances of your survival of slim if any." He paused to let this information sink in.

"There are also no guarantees that the entity inside you will die if you do. I am giving you the choice of choosing your fate: Die by it, or possibly die by me?"

She frowned and put her hand on her stomach. "Could it be removed surgically? Or is it a normal possession?" She looked at the ball wearily, weighting her options and its consequences.

"Any physical actions that would threaten the host or the symbiosis will result in somewhat painful and violent reactions. One of them obviously being death." He paused to let the ball of gas float a while between them. "Perhaps if I had killed my own brother when I had the chance...maybe none of this would be happening, and at least I would have a crime befitting the punishment." He extended his arms out in a hug like fashion only to rattle the chains that hung low around his neck. He took hold of the ball and dissipated it before her. "There is another way..."

She grinned and looked up at him. "What is it? Please Lich tell me." She wouldnt make her decision until Benjii had returned.. But if the other was something they needed to be alone for then she wouldnt hesitate to do it without him by her side.

"Take hold," and he extended a cold boney hand out towards her, "and come with me."

She nodded and took his hand. "What are you going to do Lich?"

She laughed and nipped playfully at his neck. "I love you too Vrix." She ran the back of her hand down his cheek and looked happily up into his eyes. "What kind of trouble do you want to get into today, love?" She smiled and ran one of her legs down the back of his.

Lich nodded his head, and looked up, "save my family." And before Steph could realize what had happened, a blink revealed them to no longer be in the hospital room. Upon further inspection it was a vast library within a huge stone room. Light came through 12 extraordinarily ornate stain glass windows that seemed to depict some ancient legend in regards to the rise of a great vampiric empire. Lich proceeded to let Steph's hand go, and ascended several book shelves until he returned back with a very nasty and old looking brown book. "Follow me," and he began to head out of this great library.

Steph hesitated, but slowly followed after taking one last glance around. "Lich... Can I please see my child while I'm here?" She followed close behind him, trying to get a look at the book. Standing beside him was a bit nerve racking. He was much different then the vampire she had seen in the hospital.
