Secondly, you know the Matrix in a sense that you've seen the movies. You factually have not got the first clue about the rules nor workings of the system. "I do.", you don't. Because you would not have this struggle with understanding why the force wouldn't work.

You wanted proof that Neo has precog, I gave it. He reads, understands and deciphers code first. That's how he stops bullets, that's how he beats unstoppable agents, right? The operators themselves have Matrix screens because they can read the code a little bit, therefore they can tell anyone inside what's about to happen. Neo doesn't need a screen, he sees code 24/7, he IS code. That's what he is, that's what he does. What about that is your issue? You just don't like it?
Watch the movies, that's proof. He looks at those three agents and they, along with the world, are code. Morpheus says "You won't have to dodge bullets when you're ready.". Why? Because they are code.

It can't deflect bullets so now it can melt them that fast? Give me a break, that's pure desperation. Cool, though. Even in that case, Neo could create more bullets from more angles than the blade could handle. Luke would get shot, then he would die. All it'd take is a few, because that bs about melting the bullet is unheard of and ridiculous.
I'm not ignorant to anything. I am aware of what Luke is capable of canonically, and non-canonically, now. That is truly ridiculous, but what's more ridiculous is how you are attempting to win this fight. I am confident enough to sit back and say how Neo's ability and power would win this for him. You have to sit there and play out a scenario that works for Luke. That's how you know this is a one sided fight.
Luke is fast? Do you have any idea how fast Neo is inside the Matrix? Luke cannot move three times the speed of sound. Everything is against Luke. Everything except your hopes and dreams.
