So he let himself get hit on porpuse?

Or wasent he fast enough to dodge them after being hit by the first bolt.

If I remember correctly, wasnt CM holding on to him and dodging until supes got wise to it? Was the man KO'd?

Anyway...

Since we are being so literal. Thor lost already, magic hammer and all.
Can you deny that?

Nope read it, they are wrestling, your wrong again😄

"If I remember correctly, wasnt CM holding on to him and dodging until supes got wise to it? Was the man KO'd?"

Did you read me saying he was? Your implication was that he wasent figthing with all he got. He even used heat vision at close range.

About the dodging ligthing. He wasent fast to stop being hit. Marvel was calling the ligthing repetatly. It was when he took more time looking vicious or arrogant to Supes that Kal managed to get him.

"Since we are being so literal. Thor lost already, magic hammer and all.
Can you deny that?"

No. He lost after a hard long fight. But magic? What magic he used on Superman, other than striking his hammer like a blunt weapon.

"Nope read it, they are wrestling, your wrong again"

Wrestling isent figthing now? Isent measuring strengh to strengh? Skill to skills? They could had fooled me.

"Am I adding numbers? The man was holding him and reasoning him..does that sound like he was pissed and fighting at 100%?"

With that reasoning, did Marvel fough at 100% both times Superman was eclipsed?

"Either way..did the lightning Kill him? NO. It didnt. Work your way around it anyway you want. He took multiple lighting shots in a vulnerable state and still won."

He didnt won anything. Vulnerable state? The man was at his peak of invulnerability, where does it states he was in a vulnerable condition. And particulary for that fight.

"Olympian Blaze is a her"

And you think im goin to dismiss it just because its a her? I want feats!
😛

As you don't even know who Blaze is I could make stuff up but unlike some people on here I "never" do😄

Its the usual steals Souls beats up other demons, rules a version of hell, corrupts people etc etc.

"Its the usual steals Souls beats up other demons, rules a version of hell, corrupts people etc etc."

Isent she the daugther of the wizard Shazam, post crisis or something? Ive seen mentions of her. And during the funeral to Superman storyline when Kal was saved by his father.

Ruller of hell alone isent enought. You consider Neron that appeared most recently in Waids JLA to be powerful as Mephisto?

Supes uses a low level burst, as he again says Look at the horror etc etc, Marvel is getting pasted and supes is succeeding in restraining him, its obvious his not trying to do more than that😄 then Marvel ups the anti, Supes is talking to him throughout something you and Never, "never even acknowledged", the old moving the goalposts methinks, but thats OK. I can understand the comic OK: Olympian usually you know when to stop filibustering on an issues and move off ata tangent😄 or is that what your trying to do😄

Keep the faith😄

Never make stuff up, Supes is talking throughout, Marvel say nada😄

The text box, narrator "His face is a mask of confusion, he cannot comprehend how things came to this. Once upon a time, Captain Marvel was one of his greatest allies".

"We have to work together---!, Marvel strikes him😄

Page 173 Marvels lightning.

"Marvel in the name of heaven, wipe that empty smile off your face!"
"You were a friend once etc", for about a page then then the lightning😄 8 blasts and Supes has a nosebleed😄 and blood from his ear, otherwise unhurt.😄

No one but you is confused.

Keep the faith😄

There IS no page 164 in the FOUR issue MINI-series. I hear in the graphic novel he is struck 12 times by lightning. In the mini-series he is hit about 6 times.

LoL, the graphic novel is different. I'm talking about the MINI-series.

Nice try though!

Wrong yet again, strike 21?

Keep it girly!

The fight started with Marvel hitting Superman while he was flying.

When Chapter 4 : Never Ending Battle started, Supes and Cap were grappled up.

Cap punched Superman about 20 feet away.

Supes got up and shot a blast of heat vision at Cap, and was walking towards him.

While blocking the heat vision, thats when Cap said SHAZAM!, and dodged the lightning bolt while Supes got hit with it.

He was never holding Supes while doing it. He was just real close, and was able to dodge it via superspeed.

On feats Neron is more powerful😄 His underlings can move the moon, even the "Hell on Earth" storyline in Defenders ith all the devils about to rule for 10000 years cause strange got it wrong, never showed anything like that😄

Keep the faith🙂

Just remind me who moved the Moon back in place 😖hifty:

I have the TPB Graphic Novel. Is it really that different, Never?

Exactly😄 Thank you Jrod 😄

We know who is making stuff up.

Olympian you disappoint me😮

Its an elseworlds anyway and not in continuity and nothing to do with Thor😄 Who is hurt by bullets and the creators think is weaker😄

Have I denied the Hammer made him bleed? What happened later when Supes was prepared for it? He caught it.

With CM, what was he doing? Reasoning with him right? He knew the lightning would hit him and got hit with it quite a few times. He wasn't KO'd, thus he OVERCAME it. Simple right?

Gracias.

LMAO, how is catching a hammer resisting magic? Was the hammer supposed to break his hand?

And AGAIN, Shazam's lightning is MAGICAL. Does REGULAR lightning EVER make Superman bleed? NO.

Does regular lightning KAYO Superman? No, so why would MAGICAL lightning knock him out? That makes no sense whatsoever.

If he OVERCAME it he would not have BLED.

De nada.

I also have both its exactly the same Jrod 😄

Never seems to have a problem with books, he thinks the Cambridge advanced dictionary is not a good source.

But I think he is very young so I forgive him😄

I've seen Thor a lot more dishevelled and still pull off a win😄

Your arguments are a little flawed and unfortunately we prefer to go by references😄

Like when he got welts from the F16 shooting at him😄

Keep the faith😄

We are arguing about a different continuity Superman anyway😄

Another attempt at deflection😄

Tell you what. Have it handy? How many times is Superman hit with lightning? On another messageboard another said 12 or so. Mine, again, has a whopping 6 or so (the point of contention is that Superman was able to take the lightning for awhile. I said BS! He only took 6 bolts! Other was like DUDE, he took like 12! It's in the graphic novel! I simply said hmm, mini-series only has 6).

In addition, during EACH of the lightning strikes Superman is just shown in various poses. Shazam says "SHAZAM" consecutively. There is no "reasoning," no dialogue.

It is almost as if every lightning bolt makes him strike a pose. Anyone on the board with the mini-series can verify.

And since whirly claims to have both and that they are "exactly the same," make him scan it in.

The loser does not post on this forum again. Willing to take that bet, Girly? I guarantee you won't take that bet because it'll just expose you as a liar yet again.

The one with Asmodel the first time😄

In the same one Asmodel first appeared in.

olympian continually sayeth:

<<Bullets under Busiek. usually not.>>

which is untrue. busiek has never written a thor story where thor was injured by a bullet. it was a fact that he discovered while researching thor and trying to decide who would win the fight. he was merely relaying the facts he'd discovered in his research. it was christopher priest (another awesome writer!) who wrote that issue of black panther where thor was knocked out, and it was the earlier writers of thor who had bullets sting him or even leave welts on his body from them.
