Honestly, the speed difference isn't that great.Thor could strategize the fight to make up for it. A lightning attack to stun Supes (a la CM), followed by a few strike from Mjolnir. Rinse and repeat. Supes has a chance to win, but Thor's got the main advantage. Magic. Almost every time Supes encounters it, he's put out of the fight. Wondie in JLA Witchblade owned Supes. Thor's stats are similar to Wondie's in almost every aspect, aside from strength.
About 8 times outta 10, Supes is going down.
Supes can also stun Thor with his Heat Vision or use his Ice Breath to freeze his arms so he can take his Hammer away from his hands. And Supes isn't going to just stand in front of his lighting until he becomes stuned.

Freeze him and then grab his hammer. Granted he wont stay frozen long but long enough to take away the hammer.

Thor has has problems battling regular juggs hand to hand from what I remember. Now he's suddenly close to supes.
Supes would have a hell of a time with Juggernaut too.
As far as durability goes, Juggy >>>>>>>>>>>> Supes.
Essentially, Superman can't beat Juggernaut.

I never claimed Supes has Juggy's durability. Lets not take away from the character.
But strengthwise? Supes is way way above.
