Thor wins, 8/10. Thor's got speed too, better fighting skills, and plenty of magic. Superman might pull of a couple wins, but in most fights, he'll get pummeled.

Both of you are entitled to your opinions. However, I think that most would agree that Thor wins more often than not.
Honestly, the speed difference isn't that great.
Thor could strategize the fight to make up for it. A lightning attack to stun Supes (a la CM), followed by a few strike from Mjolnir. Rinse and repeat. Supes has a chance to win, but Thor's got the main advantage. Magic. Almost every time Supes encounters it, he's put out of the fight. Wondie in JLA Witchblade owned Supes. Thor's stats are similar to Wondie's in almost every aspect, aside from strength.
About 8 times outta 10, Supes is going down.
