Thor vs Superman

Spoiler:

Well, there goes that. Thor apparently only had a portion of the Odin power which he used to repair Mjolnir. So not only he wasn't 'ze skyfather level!!' everything was making him to be, but he's back to his classic level once again.

A power that existed nowhere but in fanboys minds in the first place.

Thor's best upgrade is being bulletproof...something he sorely needed in the first place.

Lol, both of those people think that Superman is Thor superior in every category and try to discredit Thor.

I give a 6/10 win do to speed feats, just like anyone else who gives Superman the nod.

Maybe you should read some Superman vs Thor threads.

facepalm

I don't really care what ratio of wins you give Thor, the two statements that you made where exactly like theirs.

This really shouldn't be that hard to grasp...

As far as 602 spoilers go....they are not needed.

the writer declared from day one that this is not Thor as seen in Dissembled. He was only wielding a portion of the Odin Force.

And it's been posted multiple times here that he only had a portion of it.

The reveal that he only had some of Odin's power and not all is logical considering he was never portrayed as being far above conventional high heralds, and the state in which he is now, at classic levels, is the best for the character, imo. Not to mention it would stop all these 'he is a skyfather!/no he is not!' type of discussion which usually degenerate.

I haven't read it yet.

Spoiler:
He needed his portion of the Odin Power to repair Mjolnir? The entire portion. Since it happened I always found it ridiculous, that Thor couldn't repair it himself, as his done it before a number of times. He used up his entire portion to just repair Mjolnir? He had enough to fight Bor, to reawaken all of Asgard etc. His back at Classic levels? Does that mean so does his increased durability and strength? I want to read it. It sounds like it has holes in it. So it's completely gone and the Odin/Thor sleep at this point would be redundant?

You need scans of him surviving high caliber bullets/lazers all without being phased?

It was pretty much stated
Spoiler:
that he has a portion of the odin force.

JMS seems to be having a hard time making up his mind here.

When Thor had the entire odinforce, he was not able to bring back spirits to live, he could only recreate a body. When he attempted to do so he was not able to call back any peice of the spirit. Now he can supposedly communicate with Captain America, but he still has less than the entire Odinforce.

I'll save this rant for the Thor thread, but it doesn't change the outcome of this fight.

And get off this ****ing idiocy that he's not bulletproof. Ms.Marvel is bulletproof, DC crowd puts his durability lower than her?

Fail.

Ratio wasn't the point.

Superman wins because of his speed. Many people agree and argue this. How do they argue this? By using his feats. Not hard.

Missing the point its not about Glads power, is was about the tactics.

Supes>Glads anyways.

Superman will rush him, circle him and lay on the heat vision, ice breath, punches, etc... Tho will drop.

You said show me a time he used it. I did.

Like I said, Gladiator's powers fluctuate. At some points he has shown that he is above Superman, and in others his below. Plus this was a future Gladiator. We do not know his physical stats, and as we saw last time, a future Gladiator, is extremely powerful.

That's what Gladiator tried to pull on Eric Masterson. He tried to speed blitz him in a circle, etc. and Eric Masterson still was fast and quick enough to react to it, and defend himself.

What the hell is heat vision and ice breath going to do to Thor? Like I said, Thor doesn't need to withstand a barrage. His durable and fast enough to withstand one, but he doesn't have to.

Lolz, somehow Thor does this while or before Superman starts the blitz....

Get real.

Speed: Superman>Thor.

Then again we can play your denial game of Herald A can't hit Herald B becuz of FTLR!

You don't listen do you? He has faster than light reflexes. Even you at best admit, that Thor can block a few, and could throw up his hammer in time (Still underestimating him.). That's all the time he needs to do so.

Superman does have faster movement. No one is denying that. Thor has the reflexes, to defend himself.

Denial game? Lol.....

Good job at still not being smart enough to understand what I'm saying.

I don't care who you think wins or why, you used the exact same statements that the two posters I brought up used.

I hope this is willful denseness on your part.

I'll try to attempt to intelligence, whatever that means.

It's okay to cry, Kris.

It's okay.

there's a picture of superman laid out on that link he put up. 😬

and frankly, people are taking this fight too personally.

Exact same statements? Which ones? If they were, so?

There is really not a whole lot you can say when you arguing Superman speed ftw.

"Oh no I can't reference building a city, because someone already posted that!"

GTFO.

Well, at least you finally understand what I was saying.

A step in the right direction.

I'll make it simple. I'm not arguing strength, durability, reflexes, blocking, etc.

I don't care.

Superman has feats that Thor doesn't.

Fine Thor blocks hits, whatever. He doesn't block all of them.

But, if you want we can do Herald A never hit Herald B and just flip the argument back and forth. That is what you seem to be doing.

Lol at you failing and at your response.

Also, go ahead and post these things that I said. I want to see what you talking about.

Lol at me supposedly failing, you couldn't even understand simple English.
