DC vs. Marvel has more evidence to support it's cannon status than JLA/Avengers. When it first came out, it was clearly cannon for both companies. Might still be since JLA/Avengers was originally meant to be outside the mainstream verse.

No. They simply aren't usable as evidence on this board. DC vs. Marvel was clearly cannon when it came out. Both writers have said as much.
