Thor and Superman are equals when it comes to strength. With that said, since Thor is overall more powerful, he wins 8/10.
Superman is also very intelligent and can prevent Thor from even using Mjolnir (since he knows that is Thor's bread and butter). .
Superman can multitask his powers. Using the cheesy freeze breath along with other stuff. Superman can simply knock the hammer away or just grab Thor's wrist and jack him up.

Thor can't counter Superman's speed, but Superman is weak to magic. If Superman rushes at Thor at superspeed he has the upper hand for a set amount of time, but if he slows down and gives Thor a chance to knock him away and generate lightning (magical) that can really hurt Superman. I'd have to go with Thor.
