Somewhat agree with visual manifestation. As I explained before, the staff is what ultimately brought him out. Him flying or moving within the Source was useless based on the laws set forth by the writer as explained by Highfather.
That's what the staff was for. A beacon which allowed Superman to converse with Highfather as well.
I disagree. We know that the staff being made from the Source itself was an "instrument of unimaginable power".
We also know that the staff was the very thing that sent him beyond the wall to begin with.
So you can't read as well? The staff merely opened a boom tube to beyond source wall.
The staff didn't allow Superman to live in afterlife. The source himself did it.
We now know that it has the power to move beings even living ones through the wall(in this case going towards the Source). We also know from the earlier scans that it also brought out Highfather from the Source allowing for their little meeting. The idea that it can pull someone out would then be not far fetched.
It didn't allow Highfather to move out of Source. He was still inside source.
And it's not just far fetched. It's flat out stupid. The comic never even alludes the staff freeing Superman from the wall.
In Abhi's scan, Batman is seen struggling and under immense strain while Superman is shown flying towards the staff. He even went further describing as if a current was running through him.

Haha, what? He isn't pulling Superman from Source. Superman is flying towards him after looking at him.
"He's flying towards me and fast. "
His original post in and of itself is such an oversimplification that completely misses the mark at all the most important parts.
Or you're just obfuscating a very simple scene. Like always?
With all the parts involved in the scene, how can one equate it to a simple planet busting/planetary level strength display? It is quite a reach. And I'm not really understanding how it's still hard to tell for you even though you yourself have qualms about it being a true strength feat.
Btw I lol'd at his "overpowering the pull of Source Wall" bit.
😬
Yeah, you are just butthurt at this point.
"The staff is powerful".
"Boom tube isn't a boom tube. It's the staff breaking through the wall. "
"Batman was pulling superman" while Batman flat out tells that it's Superman who is flying towards him.
"Current running through his body absolutely proves me right".
What a bunch of strawman arguments.
Bravo. You've outdone yourself.

No worries.
I actually agree that he broke through, was just looking for some clarification as to how you think he did it.

Claiming this feat is purely a striking feat for Superman is extremely dubious. You know it's dubious when even Juntai--one of the most ardent Superman fanboys--questions it as a striking feat.
Clearly Highfather's staff--which is made from the Source itself and said to be immeasurably powerful--played a huge role breaking and pulling Superman out of the the Source.
In fact we don't see Superman striking or punching anything. We ONLY see him flying forward trying to make the connection with the staff.
Here's the most important part:
- We see the Source Wall gradually breaking as Superman flies closer toward connecting with the staff
- As the Source Wall gradually breaks note that Superman isn't touching anything physically let alone punching anything--he's simply flying forward as fast as he can
- When Superman finally makes the connection that's when he burst out of the Source Wall
There's clearly more at play here than "Supermanz punched hizz way out of teh Sauce Wall by himselfzz!"

Superman is not there with Batman. He is flying towards him in the sense that the staff was a tether to source wall and the reality.
He was pulling himself out of the source wall as close he got to the staff. There is no other explanation and the "staff pulled him out" is totally nonsense with no actual proof.
We actually see Superman breaking through the wall and there is still nitpicking about the staff breaking him out?
Gotta love the desperation here.

Superman wasn't physically touching or punching anything, yet the Source Wall is clearly shown gradually breaking the closer Superman got to "metaphorically" connecting with the staff. Unless you think Superman can destroy objects without actually touching them, it's obvious that the staff played a role in breaking the wall.
What's desperate is you trying to pass this convoluted/ambiguous "feat" as a planet shattering striking feat. If you wanted to show off Superman's "planet shattering" punches why don't you just simply post scans of him literally shattering a planet with a punch? Post a feat that's actually concrete. Given Superman's long history and massive amounts of appearances, I'm sure he has dozens of those...right?

Superman was sent beyond Source Wall. In the heart of the source. He flew towards the beacon which was the staff, reached source wall and exploded through it.
No extrapolating needed to lowball the feat. How the heck he appeared at the source wall when he was sent beyond it? How did the wall break before he even reached the staff?
To deny a simple feat, you're just making shit up.
Pretty Carver of you.

It was a beacon at the end. Nothing else was even implied.
Who's denying that fact? In what part of what I said goes against this? Apparently you can't read.
Haha, seriously? You just said the staff allowed Superman to be alive.
What's your point here?
That the staff didn't do anything special at all. It just opened a boom tube.
It's right there on panel. When I said out of the Source, I didn't mean out of the Source Wall as well.
http://oi64.tinypic.com/28jkw7s.jpg
It allowed him to converse with Superman. Just converse. He flat out denied that Superman was able to go back to reality through source wall.
There are already clear examples of the staff moving characters to and from the Source. We even see on panel that only when Superman touched the staff was the wall broken and with him being freed.
No, there isn't. He was breaking through the source wall even before he touched the staff.
The staff was never capable of freeing someone from the heart of the source.
Yet we know the laws of the Source. Movement was useless while inside. So we go back again to what the staff really did. A staff than has been seen in panel to place beings beyond the Source Wall and even pull them out from the Source(energies?) itself.
Yes, it provided a tether for Superman who flew from heart of the source to the source wall and in reality.
How was he at the source wall when he was sent beyond it again?
And the staff didn't do anything than open a boom tube. A boom tube transported J'onn and Darkseid to heart of source in DC one million too.
It's not a special property of the staff.
And brah this ain't a straw man. I'm telling you straight up you equating this to planetary strength feat is ridiculous. When you can't even answer what, when, where, and how he punched out of the Source, it's pretty telling....
Yes, it's a ****ing strawman. Yes, I can. He punched through the source wall when he tethered himself to the staff.
You have zero proof and are just butthurt at this point.
And it's not just planetary. It's far beyond any planetary feat.
Get more butthurt.
