Yes and they didnt have a file on Wolverine did they, they just assule its was going to work????? Furthermore there is probably more vampire serum in that vial than there would be in a bite. Ive seen how much venom is produced from one bite from a snake and its a lot less than the amount in that vial.
Yes and I think he scorrect there injecting directly into the vein would be more potent just by design for starters.

I odnt think wolverine would stay a vampire for long, but he would turn (he'd be a vampire for a minute or two) , it onl ytook blade a couple of seconds to get rid of a vampire spiderman so a vampire wolverine wouldnt be a problem
