Very well could have. Given the weapons he used thoses were the most lethal area’s to attack. Stomach could damage and likely did damage many internal organs. He clearly was aim for the heart which would be the most vital spot on Logan and the best chances for the kill/KO.So yes thoses would be the area’s to aim for.
But Blade has weaknesses…………and Logan could have stab him through the head………which Blade aint coming back from.

His damage soaking never showed a limit.
His healing factor was at least Wolverines equal.
His speed was at the very least the speed of thought, but likely beyond that. People to him were shown to be in super slow motion. He weaved in and out of machine gun firer like child play
He showed to be superior to Elektra in skill.
He was vastly superior to Blade. Blade would have no chances in hell of defeating him in one on one combat.

another sword fighter that gives Logan trouble is Silver Samurai, and Blade has some advantages over Silver Sam such as Blade is stronger and faster and has better HF. So Blade is like a upgraded Silver Samurai. Also Blade doesn't use only a sword, he is expert with other forms of weaponry.

Faster? Doubtful. Silver Samuria had no trouble keeping up and wtf pwning spiderman. He also ahs deflected bullets with his swords ect.
HF? Whoopy. Blade healing factor is god awful. It would not even allowed him to take a good stab and keep fighting. Silver Samuria has armor and his swords can not be cut in haft like blades.

Silver samuria has displayed superhuman levels of reflect, speed agility on the level of Blade. Your talking about the guy who has never ahd trouble tagging spiderman and as had spiderman having trouble dodging him.

God you're a fanboy. Aside from the fact that Wolverne had Blade dead to rights multiple times, that he let Blade live to the point the vile even cam into play, AND Blades plan would have failed against Wolverine's HF anyways... How do you propose he would win?
Cap couldn't take Wolverine with the Mura Masa when his healing factor was barely working.
Silver Samurai couldn't touch Wolverine in their last fight till he started dropping bombs (secrets about Wolverine's past) to surprise him.
The only hit Shingen got on Wolverine was a gash across Wolverine's eye in their last fight before getting a face snickting.
Azreal couldn't take Wolverine or touch him while he had Shogun (who was also Wolverine) there to help him.
Wolverine's disarmed Shingen from his sword in 3 panels.
And stick couldn't manage a decent attack on Wolverine when Wolverine figured out who he was and started defending himself....
All of these guys including Cap are leagues above Blade at using a ranged weapon like a sword.
But Blade's overkill huh?
