You can become dehydrated anywhere, the desert would just make it happen quicker than other areas with lower temperatures...

Yup but im thinking this....the heat can affect his HF but the desert made it harder for him to recover this does not mean that he cant get gunned down.
Was Wolverine suffering from dehydration when he got shot thats what id like to know? If the answer is no then the scan, does not prove that he cant be gunned down it proves that the desert can make it harder for him to recover but thats only if he replenishes his fluids.
Anyone got the issue number?

Then you've got the fact that if Wolverine isn't eating or drinking on top of that he can't compensate for the healing his body constantly has to do to house the blades in his forearms as well as fight off Adamantium poisoning.
It's already been stated that the desert has an effect on his HF so it's more than coincidence that he'd react the same way in the desert as he did last time he was gunned down in the desert.

Did he eat or drink in the bar before he left, I can't remember. It's not like this is the first time he has been taken down by bullets. Also, since his adamantium was replaced by Apocalypse I thought he no longer suffers from adamantium poisoning.
I really doubt the writer remembered that dehydration affects his healing factor, he recovered from a car bomb in the desert in not too long of a time.

why would eating or drinking, or lack thereof, and heat or dehydration affect Logan's HF at all?
remember, this is a guy who heals from a skeleton...meaning his body is COMPLETELY devoid of any food or water, it is completely dehydrated..yet he still heals pretty fast.
also, the heat from the desert affecting his HF?
gimme a break
the little runt was drowned in a vat of molten steel....thousands of times hotter than the desert...and he healed somehow and walked out of the friggin molten steel.

No, he still suffers from it, he had to take drugs to fight it's affects when he got put in the habitat.
i'm guessing thats a writer f'up.^
human cells can't divide more than like like 50 or so times, cancer cells on the other hand don't have that limitation(like wolverine).
but, like a tree the environment changes the cell replenishment rate, for instance winter conditions slow the growth of plant cells.
maybe wolverine's cells can't handle dry heat conditions as it makes his body lose water, crucial for cell division.

Because his.... "healing factor doesn't run on thin air"... 😕

Originally posted by Master-BorgAnd he healed from a hail of bullets in the desert, but it doesn't mean that the vat, nor the desert don't put a tax on his HF. 😬

what does it run on then?cuz if he heals from a bare skeleton, then the little runt's HF pretty much does run "on thin air".

when he was thrown in the molten steel his eyes and brain would've been burned to nothing
and any cells inside his bones would've been killed by the extreme heat

I'm talking about Civil War, I'm not trying to defend him falling into that vat and walking away a skeleton cause that's... ridiculous.
