Given the amount of support shown, I think it would be only fair to open a Star Trek forum, at least on a trial basis to see how things go.

The problem there is that KMC started off primarily as a Star Wars forum (episode-ii.co.uk, anyone?) so it immediately had all the regulars following it avidly and posting in the Star Wars sections daily. There has never been that level of interest present on KMC for Star Trek.

True Capt...but KMC has long evolve from it's Star Wars roots. If KMC had remain exclusive to Star Wars. We would not have the success of members joining the comic book forum.

Which btw rivals those of newsarama, CBR, and Superhero Hype. So the new forums paid off.
