I wouldnt doubt SS going back in time. When someone is able to exceed light speed, time travel is a possibility.

He's using his power ring and flight to do it. It's not like he lifted it and started walking. Surfer could reduce the city to the size of a lego and pick it up, if he wanted to.

He's not fast enough. Surfer mentally commands the board. He could make the board knock Hal unconscious. Or he could trap Hal in the board.

How often does SS make his board hit someone? Trap someone?

Give me examples of SS fighting in light speed. And no, flying around someone and shooting in the middle doesn't count.

True hal didnt lift the space city, but he used his arms and back to give himself support. He was towing it. He didnt use the ring to move it. All he used the ring for was to make the towing cables.

And so could Hal. Surfers not the only one with matter maniupulation.

I proved it before. Read past pages.
